One of the parties contacts us to request mediation.
We will discuss the advantages of mediation with the other party and co-ordinate a mutually convenient date and a suitable location, at no charge to either party.
Before the mediation each party will provide the other with a summary of the important issues.
At the mediation, Alan will facilitate discussion of the issues and explore possible solutions.
Generally, a mediation lasts 4-8 hours and the parties may share the cost, or the costs will be absorbed by either of the parties as part of the terms of the settlement.
